Becky Haug, CPCU, JD

I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, beginning in college when I worked in an independent agency. I’ve worked for large companies such as St. Paul and American Family as a Personal Lines Underwriter, a Farm Ranch Underwriter and a Personal Lines Product Design Specialist. Most recently, I worked at Wisconsin Reinsurance Corp (WRC) in their Underwriting area. I’ve worked as a consultant to help many smaller companies with projects such as developing an underwriting plan or a strategic management plan and implementing these. I’ve trained classes in CPCU courses and I am an “Outstanding Course Leader” with a consistent above average pass ratio. I also do on site individual training in insurance in general and offer classes for CE credit.

I have a J.D. from Northern IL University and passed the Wisconsin Bar. After law school I practiced in WI for several years before returning to the insurance field.  I am not currently practicing at this time, but find the knowledge and experience helpful.
